Roy
Kimball, Tree Frog Studio’s President and Creative
Director, founded the agency in 1995, following an
impressive career at a succession of high-level New England ad
agencies. After
receiving a degree in Visual Studies from Dartmouth College,
Roy earned a post-graduate degree in Advertising, Design and
Marketing from the New England School of Design. Throughout
his career, Roy’s inspired work has helped a wide array
of global, national and local clients achieve their business
goals. Roy is the recipient of numerous CASE awards and

Bruce
Farr,
our Associate Creative Director, has enjoyed a long and successful
career working for several national agencies in virtually every
communications genre, including branding, marketing, advertising,
journalism, copywriting, public relations and business development. For
highlights, he has written and broadcast commentaries for National
Public Radio’s “All Things Considered”, written
extensively for national newspapers and magazines; and served
as an executive speechwriter for American Express and other Fortune
500 companies. Bruce earned a B.A. from the University

Lori Pinkowski, an Account Manager, is Tree Frog’s premier point of contact with nearly all of our clients. No wonder, her extensive background in agency organizational planning and event management qualify her well for her role in the agency. Carol Kimball, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, brings her talent, training and experience to this critical role at Tree Frog. Carol’s background includes a steady succession of positions in bookkeeping and accounting for a variety of large and small companies.
